This is an amazing book. It is a must have for someone who wants to improve there life. It has helped me see behaviors I do that are not serving and now by seeing them I can change them.
Beautiful explanation of the shadow, great techniques and advice. Recommend it highly for therapists and prople in general. Fan of dr Matt!

If you're the type of person that likes to take responsibility of your life and not place blame on anyone, this is the book for you. It empowers you to lead a spiritual and productive life and allows you manage what has happened in past experiences and relationships so you can gain a better perspective of those situations. Definitely recommend.
This little book has enabled me to see how my behaviors affect others so I can have better relationships with them. By noticing how my reactions are opportunities to free myself of my own issues I have more joy in my life. The explanations are clear, the style is easy to read, and the techniques are so simple that anyone can do them with little effort.
I keep going back to this book as I continue to recognize what it teaches me about myself and how to be a happier and more relaxed person.
I have done a bit of research on The Shadow, and this book discussed areas not mentioned in other books. I absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed this book as it led down many paths I had not explored. I do not believed one can fully comprehend the ideas in one reading (at least I cannot). I am on my third read and I am still enjoying the new ideas that emerge. A treasure.
